GRADING YOUR DEVICE ACCURATELY
Picking the correct condition grade for your device can be a tricky process, but don't worry! The list below will explain each condition grade, and make choosing the right one for you a piece of cake.
But remember:
- Our prices are not fixed until your device has been physically inspected
- It's important to us that you recieve a fair price, so choosing the condition that most accurately matches your device is imperative to getting the price you expect
- Choosing brand-new when your phone is broken, will not fetch you a higher price!
New
- In the sealed manufacturers box
- The box is untampered and has not been opened, even to check contents
- The box includes all original unused accessories and instructions
- The device is not MDM locked (pre-installed company management software)
Excellent
- The device shows very little to no signs of use
- The device screen and casing are free from scratches or marks, may have up to two light scratches
- Battery health is above 90%
- Device hardware is fully functional; including buttons, switches, sensors and screen
- No chips, cracks, dead pixels or defects
- Device software is fully functional
- The device is not out of shape, and is free from corrosion and water damage
Good
- Device can be lightly scratched or scuffed but cannot have more then two deep scratches on the screen
- Device screen or casing has no chips, cracks, dead pixels or screen burns
- Device hardware is fully operational and battery health is above 85%
- No parts have been repaired or replaced
- The device is not out of shape, and is free from corrosion and water damage
Poor
- The device can be scratched or scufffed but cannot have any chips, cracks, dead pixels, screen burn or defects
- The device hardware is fully working, including buttons, switches, sensors and screen
- The device software is fully operational and battery health is above 85%
- No parts have been repaired or replaced
- The device is not out of shape, and is free from corrosion and water damage
